Ramadan recipes: Spicy bread pakora


  • 1 cup of Chickpea flour 
  • Just a few stems of Cilantro
  • 1-3 Inexperienced pepper 
  • ½ tbsp of Paprika 
  • ½ tbsp of Salt

  • ¼  tbsp of Chaat masala (optionally available)
  • 3 slices of any bread 
  • ½ tbsp Butter
  • Mozzarella cheese
  • Cottage cheese 
  • Your selection of dipping sauce


  1. Combine your seasonings within the flour. 
  2. Combine the cilantro and inexperienced pepper within the flour. 
  3. Add a splash of water and whisk till absolutely blended.
  4. Add a slice of bread up into the combination and marinate each side.
  5. Add butter on a pan and put it on medium warmth.
  6. Lay the flour coated bread on the heated pan.
  7. Add cottage cheese and mozzarella on high. 
  8. Grill each side of the bread till golden brown.
  9. Look ahead to it to chill down.
